Job Responsibilities:
- Serve as the initial point of contact for our customers, responding to inquiries via phone, email, and live chat
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers by providing timely and accurate information, addressing concerns, and offering solutions
- Process orders and track shipments, ensuring timely delivery and resolving any issues that may arise
- Proactively identify customer needs and make appropriate recommendations for additional services
- Collaborate with other departments to resolve customer issues, provide feedback, and improve processes
- Keep accurate and detailed records of customer interactions and transactions
- Stay up-to-date with our products and services to accurately respond to customer inquiries
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance customer service skills and knowledge of company policies and procedures
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a customer service or call center role preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle a high volume of customer inquiries, while maintaining a positive and professional attitude
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends
The pay range for this role is:27 - 33 USD per hour(Remote (Minneapolis, Minnesota, US))
