About The Role
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Residential Sales & Project Manager to oversee and drive success within our Residential Sales department. This exciting opportunity is perfect for a professional with a strong background in sales and project management who thrives in a fast-paced environment. In this salaried, full-time role, you will be responsible for managing client relationships, driving sales growth, and ensuring the successful execution of residential projects, all while delivering exceptional service to our customers.
What You'll Do
- Develop and implement sales strategies to meet and exceed company goals within the residential projects sector.
- Foster and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Lead the planning and execution of residential projects, ensuring timely delivery and quality standards are met.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including design, operations, and procurement, to ensure seamless project delivery.
- Track and analyze sales performance metrics to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
- Provide detailed project updates and performance reports to management and stakeholders.
- Manage budgets and resources efficiently to maximize profitability and project success.
- Stay informed about industry trends and market conditions to identify new opportunities and competitive advantages.

Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree in business, construction management, or related field preferred.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in sales and project management, preferably within the residential sector.
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong project management skills, including experience with planning, execution, and delivery of complex projects.
- Excellent leadership and team management abilities.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with clients and internal teams.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
- Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
- Proficiency in project management tools and CRM software is a plus.
