Position Overview:
This role supports two unique properties and requires flexibility, attention to detail, and strong time management. We are looking for a hands-on Maintenance Technician with at least 2 years of experience in unit turnovers, general repairs, and a willingness to work across both properties. Ideal candidates will have (or be open to learning) skills in:
· Basic electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems
· Drywall repair, painting, and general carpentry
· Appliance troubleshooting and replacement
· Emergency response and preventative maintenance
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Preparing apartments for new residents — painting, lock changes, minor repairs, and cleaning
- Performing (or learning) basic electrical and plumbing repairs, including outlets, switches, ceiling fans, and disposals
- Addressing minor leaks and plumbing issues
- Maintaining the cleanliness and safety of common areas
- Supporting vendor coordination and team communication
- Rotating to nearby properties as needed
