Lake Regional Health System is looking for AVP of Nursing oversees the nursing staff and overall nursing operations of their healthcare facility. Their duties include evaluating and directing all nursing employees, establishing goals for the nursing department and creating and enforcing compliant healthcare policies.

- Works closely with units to reduce or eliminate the use of Agency personnel.
- The ability to plan and execute a large project with significant scope to include the development of a new service line.
