Short Description
The Aircraft Servicing Specialist is responsible for assisting the Senior Manager of Stations Programs in maintaining overall compliance and maintenance with Allegiant’s aircraft servicing programs including, but not limited to, the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) Approved Allegiant Deice/Anti-Ice Program, the FAA Accepted Allegiant Fuel Servicing Program, and the Allegiant Aircraft Appearance Program.
Summary
The Aircraft Servicing Programs Specialist assists in daily, weekly, monthly, and annual tasks applicable to each aircraft servicing program. These tasks include, but are not limited to, training compliance, providing and implementing training, maintaining program manuals and forms, and maintaining service provider relationships.

Preferred Requirements
• Knowledge of Air Transportation Association (ATA) Specification 103 Fuel Quality Jet Standards and National Fire Protection Association (NFPA) 407 Standard for Aircraft Fuel Servicing.
• Knowledge of International Air Transport Association (IATA) and applicable IATA Operational Safety Audits (IOSA).
• Knowledge of Federal Aviation Regulations related to applicable aircraft servicing programs.
Job Duties
• Assist in monitoring and maintaining aircraft servicing program reports (e.g., training, services, KPIs, compliance, etc.).
• Assist in ensuring contracted aircraft servicing providers’ identity accounts are accurate and properly maintained.
• Assist in ensuring all applicable aircraft servicing program training records are maintained, updated, and compliant with the respective program.

• Assist in updating the Allegiant internal system to accurately reflect the approval status of contracted aircraft servicing providers.
• Assist in reviewing and verifying contracted deice vendors’ required preseason submissions (e.g., regulatory training records, fluid testing results, equipment documentation, etc.).
• Assist in maintaining applicable aircraft servicing program manuals, associated guides, and forms.
• Assist in maintaining training materials for applicable aircraft servicing programs.
• Assist with reviewing internal and external audit responses.
• Assist in performing root cause analyses of identified non-conformance areas to mitigate risks.
• Assist in reviewing audit reports and support the development of corrective action plans to ensure proper implementation.
• Coordinate with Maintenance, Station Operations, and contracted service providers to ensure Ultra and Exterior cleans are scheduled and completed within outlined timeframes.
• Assist with required annual preseason training sessions for deice trainers.
• Assist in reviewing and addressing feedback reports related to aircraft servicing programs.
• Assist in reviewing and processing invoices related to aircraft servicing programs, as necessary.
• Collaborate effectively with various departments across the organization.
• Interface with departments to ensure consistency in policies, manuals, and employee communications.
• Act as the designee for the Sr. Manager of Stations Programs, as necessary.
• Provide subject-matter guidance on program-related topics to employees and contracted service providers.
• Serve in a dual role as a qualified Corporate Deice Trainer.
• Ensure Allegiant’s values are understood and applied in daily duties and responsibilities.
• Travel to various locations throughout the year to build and maintain relationships with contracted service providers, deliver training sessions, and ensure compliance with the Allegiant Deice/Anti-Ice Program, Fuel Servicing Program, and Aircraft Appearance Program.
• Assist with other projects and duties as assigned. Model Allegiant’s customer service standards through personal actions.
• Perform other responsibilities as assigned.

Office - While performing the duties of this job, the Team Member is regularly required to stand, sit, talk, hear, see, reach, stoop, kneel, and use hands and fingers to operate a computer, keyboard, printer, and phone. May be required to lift, push, pull, or carry up to 20 lbs. May be required to work various shifts/days in a 24-hour situation. Regular attendance is a requirement of the role. Exposure to moderate noise (i.e. business office with computers, phones, printers, and foot traffic), temperature and light fluctuations. Ability to work in a confined area as well as the ability to sit at a computer terminal for an extended period of time. Some travel may be a requirement of the role.
