JOB SUMMARY
- Provides leadership and oversight for the effective operation and continuous improvement of Food & Nutrition Services, Environmental Services, and the Hendrick Health Club. Serves as the primary liaison with outsourced vendor leadership for these services to ensure they are delivered in alignment with Hendrick Health’s mission, standards, and regulatory requirements. Ensures integration of services with clinical and wellness operations to support patient care, safety, satisfaction, and community health. Partners with hospital and health club leaders to meet organizational goals related to quality, cost-efficiency, patient experience, and environment of care.
