We’re seeking a detail-driven, collaborative HR professional with strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HR technologies (ADP Workforce Now strongly preferred). You should also bring sound knowledge of employment legislation and HR best practices to help us stay compliant, future-focused, and people-centric.

What You Will Do:
- Serve as a business partner to Team Members on a wide range of people initiatives, policies, and programs.
- Collaborate with leadership to cultivate a culture of performance, collaboration, and accountability aligned with QA1’s mission and values.
- Champion the execution of QA1’s robust talent acquisition strategy to support selection of talent for a range of careers.
- Lead payroll operations, including biweekly processing, timekeeping oversight, HRIS data management, and accurate recordkeeping.
- Administer employee benefits programs, including EDI file management, new hire benefits onboarding, and leave administration; serve as a key contributor to Open Enrollment, compliance reporting, and total rewards program design.
- Ensure accuracy and security of employee data in the HRIS through routine audits and continuous process improvement.
- Contribute to the ongoing development and optimization of Human Resources systems, policies, program and processes, metrics, infrastructure, and documentation.
- Deliver a seamless onboarding experience; may facilitate first-day orientation for new team members.
- Manage and resolve Team Member relations issues across assigned teams; conduct effective, thorough, and objective investigations, escalating and involving leadership as indicated.
- Support team capability growth through the execution of talent development initiatives and internal coaching.
- Manage offboarding process for assigned teams.
- Support acquisition due diligence and integration activities, as requested.
- Perform special program and project management support for a variety of Human Resources and/or business initiatives as assigned.
- Actively networks within the Human Resources professional community and may represent QA1’s presence with local schools, businesses, and government agencies.
- Other duties as beneficial to the success of QA1.
The Critical Skills and Experience You’ll Need:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Industrial Relations, or Business Management required or equivalent experience
- 5+ years of relevant experience required including at least 2 years performing talent acquisition activities
- PHR or SHRM-CP certification preferred, but we will help you attain it if you do not
- Infrequent travel to other company locations (North Carolina, Utah)
- Must tirelessly uphold and promote a positive image of the QA1
- Must have ability to collaborate, build, and maintain strong relationships with Team Members across all functions
- Ability to guide team members and management through emotionally charged and complex issues.
- Self-starter who can work independently managing multiple projects in tandem with frequent interruptions.
- Open communicator, excellent communication skills (oral, written, listening), as well as ability to coach, mentor, and influence others in non-reporting structure.
- Strong business acumen and viewed as a trusted, ethical business partner.
- Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
- Be a person people want to work with.
- Strength in flawless execution, as detail orientation is key.
- Position continually requires demonstrated poise, tack, and diplomacy.
- Willingness to continuously learn and be open to feedback to improve individual performance.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and core HR technologies, including ADP Workforce Now; skilled in using technology to improve processes and drive efficiency
