Description
Scooter's Coffee is looking for a Senior Digital Insights Manager to drive data-driven decision making by applying deep analytics, statistical modeling, and customer segmentation strategies to uncover trends, assess loyalty program health, and provide strategic recommendations for improving customer engagement and retention. This role is hands-on, working with event-based analytics platforms and data visualization tools to extract insights and measure program effectiveness, ultimately driving the customer loyalty strategy. The ideal candidate is analytical, detail-oriented, and passionate about transforming complex data into actionable business insights.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to measure key performance indicators related to the loyalty program, digital marketing campaigns, and customer engagement.
- Utilize data visualization tools and cohort analysis to identify customer drop-off points, optimize engagement strategies, and improve targeted marketing efforts.
- Collaborate with the loyalty team to shape customer journeys based on behavioral data and insights.
- Analyze customer and transactional data to uncover trends, behavioral patterns, and opportunities for program optimization.
- Build predictive models to forecast program performance, discount rate, customer churn, and campaign impact.
- Define actionable customer segments and behavioral clusters for personalization and targeted marketing efforts.
- Conduct A/B testing and experimentation to refine campaign strategies and optimize performance.
- Ensure data integrity and accuracy, troubleshooting inconsistencies in event tracking and reporting.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to drive data-driven decision-making across the business.
- Stay up to date with industry best practices in analytics, data visualization, and performance measurement.
- Perform other duties as assigned to support digital insights and analytics initiatives.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in digital analytics, marketing analytics, or business intelligence, preferably within brick-and-mortar retail, QSR, or loyalty programs.
- Hands-on experience with event-based analytics platforms and BI tools such as Mixpanel, Amplitude, Power BI, Looker, etc.
- Expertise in loyalty program customer segmentation, behavioral analytics, and predictive modeling.
- Strong SQL skills for querying, data extraction, and analysis.
- Proficiency in A/B testing, experimentation frameworks, and performance measurement.
- Experience in translating complex data insights into clear, actionable recommendations for business teams.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills to present findings to stakeholders.
