SUMMARY: Responsible for planning, implementing, coordinating, and evaluating the operation of the Unit on a 24 hour basis. Oversees the delivery of professional nursing services which will address the physical, psycho-social, spiritual, cultural, developmental, and age-appropriate needs for each individual patient/family.
Required Education/Training: Bachelor of Science in Nursing
Required Experience: Minimum three (3) years clinical nursing experience; advanced training and experience in specialtyRequired Licensure/Certification/Registration: Current Registered Nurse license with eligibility to work in the state of MO; BLS
Preferred Education/Training: Master of Science in Nursing or related field; ENMO
Preferred Experience: Recent management experience preferred
Preferred Licensure/Certification/Registration: Critical Care (CCRN); ACLS; TNCC
