Position Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Customer Service Representative with a background in accounting or data entry. In this role, you will handle customer inquiries while supporting back-office operations such as entering financial or transactional data, verifying records, and assisting with invoicing and reporting. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys a mix of customer interaction and administrative accuracy. This is a 4.5 month contract to hire with hybrid eligibility after 6 months.
Responsibilities:
- Serve as the first point of contact for customers via phone, email, or chat.
- Resolve customer inquiries regarding billing, payments, or general service questions in a professional manner.
- Enter, review, and update customer and financial data in company systems accurately.
- Assist with basic accounting tasks such as processing invoices, verifying account balances, or preparing reports.
- Coordinate with accounting and operations teams to resolve discrepancies or escalate complex issues.
- Maintain accurate and organized records of customer interactions and financial data.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and data privacy standards.
- Support team members with other administrative or customer service-related tasks as needed.
