Responsibilities
- Maintain confidential information regarding employee relations, job performance, personal conduct, and disciplinary actions
- Mediate employee relations issues and respond to concerns
- Provide resolutions to compensation and benefits questions, concerns, and issues.
- Administer all leaves: ADA, medical, personal and parental leave
- Develop and manage processes to optimize efficiency and quality
- Identify opportunities to improve and drive culture change that align with the organization’s mission
- Ensure the performance management is followed and effective
- Maintain knowledge of laws, regulations, and best practices in employment law and human resources.
- Ensures compliance with employment, benefits, insurance, safety, and other laws, regulations, and requirements.
- Oversee and maintain FLSA audits Coordinate and oversee new hire orientation with the talent team
- Lead and launch the performance quarterly training program
- Update and create all human resources policies
- Act as the first point of contact for employeesDelegate day-to-day matters to appropriate team members
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field
- 6+years human resource experience
- Experience with HRMS/HRIS systems
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and conflict resolution skills.
