Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the first point of contact for our clients and provide exceptional customer service through phone, email, and chat.
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries and resolve any issues or concerns efficiently and effectively.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with our clients by understanding their needs and providing personalized solutions.
- Monitor customer feedback and identify opportunities for improvement, and communicate these to the relevant teams.
- Collaborate with the sales team to promote our services and upsell additional solutions to existing customers.
- Stay up-to-date with our products and services, as well as industry trends, to provide accurate information and make recommendations to clients.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records in our database.
Qualifications:
- 1-2 years of experience in a customer service role, preferably in a technical or software environment.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Empathetic and patient with a passion for helping others.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Proficient in using technology, including CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite.

The pay range for this role is:22 - 26 USD per hour(Remote (Los Angeles, California, US))
