Good Samaritan Home Health is seeking a PRNLicensed Therapy Assistant for our Roanoke Service Area. You would be responsible for administering skilled care to patients requiring intermittent professional services. Teach the patient, family, and other members of the health care team. Perform services under the physician's orders, the established plan of care (POC), and the organization"s objectives and policies through planning, coordinating, implementing, and evaluating the services provided to patients and families.
Job Qualifications
- Education – Must be a graduate of an approved school of clinical education. Must be licensed in the state where they currently practice.
- Experience – Must have at least one year experience as a licensed professional. Home Health or Hospice experience preferred.
- Current BLS/CPR certification or obtain within 30 days of hire.
- Must be able to safely drive an automobile in all types of weather conditions
