About the Role
We’re looking for a Client Services Manager to lead our team of high-performing Account Coordinators. In this role, you’ll be responsible for team management, service delivery, engagement project management, and client relationship success across a growing portfolio of B2B accounts. This is an in-person position based in our Boston office, and requires a hands-on leader who thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a team of 5+ Account Coordinators, providing coaching, support, and career development.
- Oversee daily service delivery and client communications, ensuring our standards of quality and responsiveness are consistently met.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to resolve client issues, escalate needs, and improve internal workflows
- Maintain a deep understanding of each client’s goals, timelines, and service requirements
- Track team performance and client satisfaction metrics, identifying areas for continuous improvement
- Drive process improvements and best practices to enhance the client experience at scale
- Participate in hiring and onboarding of new team members as we continue to grow.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in Client Services, Customer Success, Engagement Management, or similar roles in a client-facing capacity with high professional standards.
- 3+ years of people management experience, with a proven track record leading a team of 5 or more
- Work experience focused on enterprise, financial services, consulting, or a tech-related industry
- Excellent organizational and communication skills, with a knack for solving problems and driving clarity
- Strong customer-first mindset and ability to thrive in a fast-moving, high-expectation environment
