Staff Pharmacist (Floater)
Esatto Pharma seeks to continually improve the health and lives of our patients by providing quality sterile and non-sterile compounded medications. The Phamacist in this Full Time role will “float” between our 3 East Valley locations in Chandler, Mesa, and Queen Creek. One day a week can be expected at each location, and the remaining two days per week would flex between locations depending on need.
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for safely and accurately dispensing drugs as prescribed.
- Accountable for safety and risk management in the pharmacy including enforcement of policies and procedures to ensure the safety of our patients and staff.
- Ensures all equipment is in good working order and up to date per standard regulations.
- Ensures compliance with written policies and procedures.
- Takes corrective action as necessary on a timely basis and in accordance with company policy and applicable regulations.
- Promotes a culture of continuous improvement.
- Ensures all licensing requirements are up to date per state and federal requirements.
- Responsible for proper chemical, expired drug, and hazardous waste storage and disposal in a compliant manner.
Experience and Qualifications:
- Licensed with Arizona State Board of Pharmacy (additional state licenses preferred)
- 2+ years of Pharmacist-in-Charge experience
- 2+ years of sterile compounding experience
The pay range for this role is:60 - 63 USD per hour(Queen Creek)
60 - 63 USD per hour(Red Mountain)
60 - 63 USD per hour(Chandler)
