SUMMARY:
Responsible for over-seeing the building and assembly and enclosures while under the general supervision of the Production Supervisor.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Oversee, train and layout the processes for the building and assembly of enclosures, sub-assemblies and custom enclosures.
- Develop training schedule for team and assembly lines.
- Review work tickets, drawings and BOM's to ensure accuracy.
- Ability to identify problems and evaluate solutions through corrective actions and lean processes.
- Regularly seeks input from appropriate management; peers if necessary and makes sound decisions.
- Work with team to increase productivity, quality and flow.
- Practice lean manufacturing methods.
- Abide by all rules and regulations as set forth in your employee handbook.
- Sustains 5S in workstations.
- Practices ESL’s core values on a daily basis.
- Perform other duties/tasks as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS:

· Ability to use and train small hand tools, measuring tools, wiring prepping tools and machines in shop.
EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE:
High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
1 year of experience as an assembler
1-year electrical experience
1 year of forklift experience
1-2 years of working lead manufacturing experience strongly preferred
