We're looking for a part-time Growth & Lead Generation Coordinator to help drive new business. This person will actively support outreach efforts to founders, VCs, and other startup operators to generate warm leads and booked calls.
This is not just a social media role — we need someone proactive, resourceful, and excited about helping a founder-led service business grow intentionally.
Responsibilities:
- Research and build qualified lead lists (startups, VCs, accelerators, advisors)
- Write and send outbound messages (email, LinkedIn, Slack communities, etc.)
- Track leads, conversations, and follow-ups in Notion or Airtable
- Identify marketing channels or events where we should show up
- Collaborate on campaign ideas and messaging tests
- Book intro calls and hand off leads for follow-up
Ideal Candidate:
- 2+ years in business development, sales outreach, or growth marketing
- Excellent written communication — clear, human, and punchy
- Familiar with founder-led brands and the early-stage startup space
- Organized, self-directed, and goal-oriented
- Bonus: Experience with LinkedIn outreach, Airtable/Notion, or email automation tools
Compensation & Perks:
- Hourly rate of $18- $20/ hour
- Bonus for booked qualified leads or signed clients
