Schedule: Mon-Fri, 7:30am-4:00pm plus occasional back up for on-call

Summary of Job Duties:
The RN Manager is a highly visible, hands-on position responsible for the supervision of daily operations at the assigned Community LIFE Clinic. Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Hiring, training, oversight and supervision of clinical services staff, medication management, compliance, safety, patient scheduling, proper medical record maintenance, infection tracking, supply management, superbill compliance and reporting and monitoring of financial, clinical and quality data. The RN Manager is responsible for enforcing clinical policies and procedures, coordinating clinical services with the Primary Care Physician, the pharmacy, laboratory and other providers/vendors involved in the delivery of primary care/outpatient services to Community LIFE participants. The RN Manager makes recommendations and keeps current all clinic policies and procedures, budgets, strategic plans and quality plans as assigned.
Required Education: Graduate of an accredited nursing school. Bachelor’s degree in nursing preferred.
Required Experience: At least 1-2 years nursing experience in a health facility or community-based setting, preferably dealing with long term care clients and/or the frail elderly. 1-2 years of clinical management experience is preferred. Experience with Interdisciplinary Team care management and principles of managed care. Experience with data collection and reporting and general knowledge of the health delivery system.
Required Certifications and Licensure: Licensed Registered Nurse in Pennsylvania. Valid PA Driver's License
