Who We Need
To support our continued growth, we're looking for a seasoned, strategic, and hands-on Growth Marketing & Content Strategist to lead the development and execution of full-funnel marketing programs that drive qualified pipeline and fuel sales acceleration. This role will own performance across key digital channels, guide content strategy for SEO and AI-enhanced discovery, and collaborate cross-functionally to build scalable, high-converting campaigns.
You'll partner with internal stakeholders and external agencies to shape our brand voice, run integrated campaigns, and deliver measurable outcomes through marketing automation, analytics, and conversion optimization. The ideal candidate thrives in fast-paced environments, leads with data, and continually tests, learns, and iterates to drive performance.

Description of Responsibilities
Drive Growth & Demand Generation
- Design and execute integrated, multi-channel marketing campaigns (paid search/social, email, ABM, events) that generate qualified leads and sales pipeline.
- Own campaign strategy, creative briefing, audience segmentation, and performance reporting.
- Build nurture flows and lifecycle campaigns to increase conversion and customer expansion.
Content Strategy & SEO Development
- Build and manage a strategic content roadmap that supports brand storytelling and sales enablement.
- Create and guide the development of blogs, whitepapers, case studies, landing pages, video scripts, multimedia assets including video, animation, and interactive content to enhance campaigns and increase engagement.
- Optimize for both traditional SEO and emerging discovery methods (e.g., LLM search, zero-click results).
Orchestrate Tech Stack & Analytics
- Administer and optimize Salesforce, Pardot/MCAE, GA4, and campaign tools to capture, score, and report on performance. Develop dashboards and insights that surface ROI by channel, campaign, and segment.
- Use Gen-AI tools to accelerate content creation and campaign iteration, where appropriate.
Lead Agency Partners & Internal Collaboration
- Manage external vendors (creative, media, digital, video) with clear KPIs, timelines, and budgets. Drive new relationships with vendors where appropriate and best suited to the needs of the business.
- Partner with the sales team to align on ICP, messaging, and attribution.
Support Events & Experiences
- Contribute to our event strategy, collaborating on hosted and industry events that align to pipeline goals.
- Guide campaign activation around events to maximize engagement and follow-up.
Other team and cross-functional support, as they arise.
Position Requirements and Desired Skills
- 7+ years of experience in B2B marketing roles, with demonstrated ownership of integrated campaign strategy and execution
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Management, or related field
- Proven success driving growth in complex or technical industries (e.g., infrastructure, SaaS, telecom, or data centers)
- Experience in the following software desired: Salesforce and Pardot (or similar platforms), LinkedIn Campaign Manager, GA4, Google Ads, Adobe InDesign and Photoshop, WordPress, Monday.com, and Canva
- Portfolio of demand-generating content and programs tied to measurable business outcomes
- Experience briefing and producing written and multimedia content in partnership with internal teams or external vendors
- Strong analytical skills with ability to translate performance data into actionable optimizations
- Experience managing agency partners and internal stakeholders to achieve KPIs
- Demonstrated ability to apply Gen-AI tools or automation to marketing workflows
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills and an eye for detail
