JOB SUMMARY:
- Performs routine scheduled and unscheduled maintenance
- Majorityof the work will be repairing and painting walls
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- HS Diploma/GED preferred
- 1 to 3 years of commercial/hospital maintenance experience
- Prior experience with repairing and painting walls
- On call rotation (weekends included in on call rotation) Every 5 to 6 weeks when fully staffed. Must be available for unexpected emergenices
- Holiday rotation (at least one holiday per year)
- MD driver's license and good driving record preferred
