These leaders work in various sectors, such as information technology, construction, clinical, non-clinical and operational functions throughout the organization. The individual is responsible for strategic and operational plans for each major project. They hold full responsibility for monitoring and reporting on the program and financial goals. They also have responsibility to the company and external stakeholders regarding project progress, changes from original plans, and existing or emerging risks.
