We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Med Surg Swingbed team. As an RN in this role, you will play a crucial part in delivering high-quality patient care, ensuring excellent outcomes, and adhering to the Nebraska Nurse Practice Act and BBGH policies. You’ll be responsible for coordinating patient care, working collaboratively with an interdisciplinary team, and helping achieve the best possible patient outcomes.
Position Overview:
In this role, the RN will take leadership in managing patient care, ensuring competency in the practice area, and engaging in performance improvement initiatives. You will coordinate with other healthcare professionals to provide individualized, patient-centered care. As a vital member of the healthcare team, you will help improve patient outcomes through collaboration and leadership.
Your role will include educating peers, patients, and families, supporting service excellence, and contributing to a healing environment. Additionally, you will identify and communicate unit resources needs to be included in budget planning.
Key Responsibilities:

Lead the coordination of care for patients, working alongside other disciplines to ensure optimal outcomes.
