Met-Cap Management is looking for a dynamic, strategic, and hands-on Channel Marketing Manager to lead the development and execution of impactful marketing strategies across our retail establishments. This role is a key driver of foot traffic, brand visibility, and customer experience in our stores and communities. The Channel Marketing Manager works closely with leadership and our creative team to ensure every store reflects the essence of our brand, while meeting performance goals.

Essential Functions:
Development and Execution of Strategies
- Regularly travel to retail locations to identify promotional, marketing, advertising, and incentive opportunities that are aligned with our brand vision, mission, and overall business objectives.
- Develop tailored, actionable proposals and accurate budgets in partnership with leadership.
- Work cross-functionally with Creative, Product, and Sales to effectively create, plan, and coordinate messaging, materials, communications, training, and other related activities to ensure timely delivery and display.
- Mentor and supervise the store-level implementation of all promotional, marketing, advertising, and incentive campaigns to ensure excellence in execution.
Advertising, Public Relations and Local Outreach
- Work with internal and external teams to secure and manage ad space (print, digital, local media) for store promotions and brand exposure.
- Support PR efforts, including community partnerships, regional sponsorships, and in-store events tied to brand values and local engagement.
Brand Consistency & Visual Standards
- Ensure the brand's visual identity is upheld across all stores by auditing signage, displays, and in-store messaging during visits.
- Serve as the liaison between the Creative, Product, and Sales Team for visual direction and campaign updates.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Partner Operations, Creative, Product, and Sales to align marketing efforts with overall company objectives.
- Participate in cross-departmental meetings to provide retail marketing insights and advocate for store-level needs.
Performance Analysis & Optimization
- Collect and analyze store-level marketing data (e.g., traffic patterns, promotion effectiveness, customer feedback).
- Provide insights to improve future campaign performance and identify underperforming locations for targeted support.
Reporting & Communication
- Maintain marketing calendars and share timelines with internal stakeholders.
- Provide written and verbal updates to Chief Operating Officer, highlighting campaign performance, customer feedback, and recommendations.
Support for Store Openings & Remodels
- Lead the marketing support for new store openings, remodels, or relocations, including promotion planning, community awareness, and grand opening coordination.
