Job Title: Personal Support Worker Clinical Supervisor
Location: On-site, Hamilton Campus - 4 Hughson St S, Suite 500, Hamilton ON, L8N 3Z1
Hours: Part-time, Varied days/hours between Monday to Friday, 6:00 am -2:00 pm or 7:00 am - 3:00 pm, Flexibility required.
Start Date: July 09, 2025
End Date: October 24, 2025
The Opportunity:
The PSW Clinical Supervisor will provide supervision and mentoring for students completing their Clinical Placement in the classroom/workplace setting in order for students to gain experience in a wider range of Personal Support Worker skills.
The PSW Clinical Supervisor will support the vision, mission, and values of triOS College while contributing to a positive, supportive and student-focused team environment of respect, integrity, dedication and readiness; embracing diversity and fostering inclusion.
What you bring to the role:
- Must be a Personal Support Worker with a college NACC certificate OR Registered Nurse (RN) in good standing with the College of Nurses of Ontario.
- Minimum of two (2) years of current, relevant work experience in a healthcare environment - preferably in a long-term/chronic care setting or with a community care agency.
- Previous teaching experience is considered an asset.
- Demonstrated leadership skills including supervision, motivation, and facilitation are preferred.
- Superior communication and organizational skills will be essential to success in this role.
