Overview
The Texas Regional Project Manager (RPM) plays a pivotal role in ensuring the successful implementation and ongoing excellence of the Fueling Brains model across contracted school districts in the state of Texas. This individual will serve as the primary point of contact for district leadership and internal teams, translating strategic goals into measurable outcomes. The role demands a high level of autonomy, deep operational insight, and a passion for early childhood education transformation. Based as a remote position, this position requires district travel across the state as well as regular online touchpoints with each client district and with the internal implementation team.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Leadership and Strategic Planning:
- Ensure all elements of the Fueling Brains state initiative meet deadlines and exceed expectations.
- Oversee all incoming and outgoing project documentation.
- Conduct project reviews and prepare detailed reports for executive leadership.
- Track and report project performance metrics aligned with short- and long-term goals.
- Lead regular meetings with district and state stakeholders to ensure clear alignment and execution as per the contract.
- Address client concerns with a proactive, solutions-oriented approach.
- Foster high-performing regional teams through collaboration and coaching.
- Align deliverables with project timelines and expectations.
- Monitor fidelity of implementation across all key FB solutions - curriculum, application, brain-based tools, software, and behavioral programs.
- Plan and facilitate professional development sessions tailored to district needs.
- Supervise assigned Fueling Brains staff in the region, ensuring clarity of roles and responsibilities.
- Build and sustain strong working relationships with principals, superintendents, and state officials.
- Champion contract renewal and expansion opportunities through excellent service delivery.
- Oversee regional operations, including budgeting and performance monitoring.
- Prepare and present regional operations and financial reports monthly, quarterly, and annually.
- Maintain a consistent, visible presence in partner districts to ensure engagement and quality.
Preferred Skills and Qualifications
- Education
- Bachelor's degree in Education, Business, Public Administration, or related Field (Master's degree preferred).
- Current Texas Educator Certification in Early Childhood (preferred)
- Experience
- Minimum 5 years of experience in project or program management, ideally within K-12 or early education sectors.
- Demonstrated success in leading multi-site or multi-stakeholder education initiatives.
- Familiarity with state and district-level education structures, funding mechanisms, and compliance requirements in Texas.

Work Environment Requirements
- Full-time role based remotely, with flexibility for early mornings or late evenings as needed.

- High levels of responsibility and interaction with children, educators and administrative staff.

- Must pass background check as per district and Fueling Brains policies
