Are you a strategic, hands-on sales professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment? Orion180 Technologies is launching proprietary software solutions and managed services in the Financial Services and Insurance sectors—and we’re looking for a Technology Sales Representative to join our team and drive growth. You’ll play a critical role in expanding our customer base, generating leads, and closing new business.
WHAT YOU’LL DO:
- Proactively identify and qualify new business opportunities through cold calling, email campaigns, LinkedIn outreach, and event networking.
- Build and manage a strong pipeline of leads using CRM tools.
- Conduct engaging product demonstrations and clearly communicate the value of our SaaS solutions.
- Collaborate closely with the Marketing team to refine lead generation strategies.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Stay informed on product updates and industry trends to better serve client needs.
- Provide actionable feedback to Product and Customer Success teams to enhance the customer journey.
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR:
- Education & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
- 3+ years in B2B sales, ideally focused on SaaS or cloud-based solutions.
- Core Skills:
- Proven success in cold calling, prospecting, and new business development.
- Strong communication and presentation skills with a consultative selling approach.
- Experience with CRM systems like Salesforce or HubSpot.
- A self-starter mentality with a hunter mindset and results-driven focus.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working in a high-growth start-up or SaaS environment.
- Knowledge of verticals such as insurance, financial services, real estate, or healthcare.
- Familiarity with solution selling or account-based selling methodologies.
