The Application Analyst II is responsible for providing support and troubleshooting for end users and customers for various applications. They are responsible for documenting and resolving service tickets in a timely manner. The Application Analyst will design, develop, manage, test, train, implement and support information systems and various applications. The analyst will have a demonstrable ability to review, analyze, and provide resolution or recommendations for complex issues. They will require minimal oversight in their assigned day-to-day responsibilities.
Education
Bachelors in Information Technology Required
Experience Requirements
8+ years product applications support experience - Required
PC literate to include proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, Visio, Project, PowerPoint and Outlook - Preferred
• Ability to communicate effectively, both written and verbal
• Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals
• Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, customers, and co-workers
• Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists
• Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form
