We are currently looking for a Head of Product and Project Management who will be integral to driving high-level performance across Lovehoney Group. Partnering directly with the Head of Product Brand Management, your focus will be on leading our global Haptic Product vision and roadmap. This is a highly international role, requiring exceptional interpersonal skills to effectively manage diverse stakeholder relationships and team dynamics. Your ability to build consensus among various departments and individuals will be crucial. You will develop skills essential to advancing in a competitive, fast-paced retail sector, all within a company that prizes dedication and results.
What you will do
- Define and own with your team the global Haptic Product Roadmap aligned with brand & business strategy, customer segments, and commercial goals.
- Lead large-scale, cross-functional projects specifically within Haptic Electronic Consumer Goods, ensuring on-time, on-budget, high-quality execution using MS Project.
- Mentor and develop a high-performing, internationally diverse team of product and project managers across Germany and the UK, fostering accountability, collaboration, and customer-centric thinking.
- Collaborate closely with stakeholders across Category Management, Marketing, eCommerce, Operations, Tech, and B2B Sales to align product development timelines and market-entry strategies.
- Leverage data, industry trends, customer insights, and user research to inform product decisions, prioritisation, and continuous improvement.
- Own and manage budget responsibility, ensuring financial objectives for brand performance are consistently achieved.
- Proactively navigate and resolve team project challenges, ensuring smooth project flow and addressing any bottlenecks effectively.
- Understand and develop core value propositions utilizing the Value Proposition Canvas and other methodologies such as verbal concepts to drive clear and compelling product narratives.
What you should bring
- 7+ years of relevant professional experience, with at least 4+ years in a leadership role managing product and project management teams of 3 or more people.
- Extensive experience specifically with Haptic Electronic Consumer Products.
- Proven expertise in defining and owning product roadmaps using the Value Proposition Canvas and related methodologies.
- Strong project management capabilities with proficiency in MS Project, demonstrating successful execution and delivery.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills, with demonstrated capability to effectively collaborate, navigate complex stakeholder environments, and achieve consensus across diverse teams.
