The Guest Experiences Attendant II plays a crucial role in enhancing the overall experience of visitors at the Miami Whitewater Forest Golf Course Pro Shop. This position is responsible for providing exceptional customer service, ensuring that all guests feel welcomed and valued during their visit. The attendant will assist in managing the pro shop operations, including inventory management and sales transactions, while also promoting the various services and amenities available. By fostering a positive environment, the attendant will contribute to the retention of guests and the overall reputation of the facility. Ultimately, the goal is to create memorable experiences that encourage repeat visits and positive word-of-mouth referrals.
- Greet and assist guests in a friendly and professional manner, addressing their needs and inquiries.
- Manage sales transactions, including cash handling and processing credit card payments accurately.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the pro shop, ensuring that merchandise is well-displayed and stocked.
- Provide information about golf course services, amenities, and events to enhance guest engagement.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations and a high level of customer satisfaction.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Previous experience in customer service or retail environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to document identity and employment eligibility within three (3) days of original appointment as a condition of employment in compliance with Immigration Reform and Control Act requirements.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in the golf industry or knowledge of golf operations.
- Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and cash handling procedures.
