Job Description
This position is contingent upon ITMC Solutions being awarded the contract. Candidates selected for consideration will be contacted as soon as the award decision is made. Employment offers will be finalized only upon contract award confirmation.
We are looking for a talented UX/UI Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for creating intuitive and visually appealing user experiences. As a UX/UI Designer, you will be responsible for understanding user needs, designing wireframes and mockups, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to create user-centric digital products.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct user research to understand user needs, behaviors, and motivations.
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and mockups to communicate design ideas and concepts.
- Design user interfaces for web and mobile applications that are intuitive, visually appealing, and easy to use.
- Collaborate with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to gather requirements and define project goals.
- Iterate on designs based on user feedback, usability testing, and data analysis.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in UX/UI design.
- Advocate for the user throughout the design process and ensure a seamless user experience across all touchpoints.
Required Skills
- Bachelor"s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field
- Proven experience as a UX/UI Designer or similar role
- Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe XD, Sketch, or Figma
- Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Attention to detail and a passion for creating pixel-perfect designs
