About the Role
We are looking for a talented and driven Full Stack Developer to join our development team. In this role, you will design, develop, and maintain robust, scalable web and mobile applications across the entire technology stack. You will work directly with the owner to deliver high-quality software solutions that align with our business goals and delight our users.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain responsive, high-performance web and mobile applications using modern front-end and back-end technologies.
- Design, build, and deploy mobile applications for iOS (Apple App Store) and/or Android (Google Play Store).
- Collaborate with the owner to translate project requirements and UI/UX wireframes into functional, reliable code.
- Design and implement RESTful APIs and data models.
- Optimize applications for maximum speed, scalability, and security.
- Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing software.
- Participate in code reviews and help improve development best practices.
- Stay current with emerging technologies and propose innovative solutions to improve development processes.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Proven experience as a Full Stack Developer or similar role.
- Strong proficiency with front-end technologies (e.g., HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React, Angular, or Vue.js).
- Solid experience with back-end technologies (e.g., Node.js, Python, Java, .NET, Ruby on Rails, or PHP).
- Experience working with relational and/or NoSQL databases (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB).
- Familiarity with version control tools (e.g., Git).
- Knowledge of RESTful API design and implementation.
- Strong understanding of secure coding practices.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience developing custom NetSuite Suitelets and working with SuiteScript.
- Familiarity with Rippling SSO integration or similar SSO/identity management systems.
- Experience developing and deploying mobile applications for iOS (Apple App Store) and/or Android (Google Play Store).
- Experience with cloud services (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP).
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
- Understanding of containerization (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).
- Experience with automated testing frameworks.
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and take initiative when collaborating directly with ownership.
