System Admin Supervisor Position Summary:
- The Systems Administrator Supervisor directly supervises the Systems Administrators and Senior Systems Administrators, providing technical guidance and professional development. They will oversee daily operations, performance and growth of our Windows environment, ensuring high availability, security and reliability. They will coordinate project assignments and daily task prioritization for the Systems Administrators. The Systems Administrator Supervisor will work with other Information Services staff and end users on project plan development: including budget planning, resource availability and timelines. Collaborate with other Information Services staff to support enterprise systems and resolve cross-functional issues. Develop and maintain documentation, procedures and standards. This position is a member of the budget, information security and disaster recovery planning teams for Information Services.
System Admin Supervisor Position Requirements:
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, or related field is required, relevant experience in lieu of a degree may be considered.
- Master’s degree in related field is preferred
Experience:
- Minimum of five (5) years as a Windows System Administrator.
- Experience in a leadership role is preferred.
- Experience supporting Epic EHR infrastructure is preferred
System Admin Supervisor Schedule:
- Primarily day shift, Monday through Friday
- Evenings and weekends may be required as needed.
Salary Range: $82,721.60- $128,211.20 Commensurate with experience
