We are seeking a dynamic Sales & Business Development Associate to join our office in Chicago, IL. This role is ideal for a Turkish-English bilingual professional with a passion for sales, business development, and client relations within the finance and accounting sector. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and driving revenue growth in the U.S. market.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute business development strategies to expand market presence in the U.S.
- Identify, generate, and engage leads to initiate the sales process.
- Set sales goals, track performance, and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Strengthen and expand partnership channels to increase sales revenue.
- Work closely with marketing to align strategies with prospective clients' needs.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for a diverse client base, managing relationships and addressing concerns.
- Build and maintain trusted relationships with executives and key stakeholders.
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities.
- Prepare and deliver compelling presentations to potential clients.
- Analyze market trends and client data to optimize business development efforts.
- Resolve client concerns efficiently, ensuring high levels of satisfaction.
- Collaborate with internal teams to improve operational efficiency and client experience.
- Manage multiple projects while meeting deadlines and business objectives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or Accounting (preferred).
- 4-7 years of experience in sales, business development, or customer support.
- Proven ability in client acquisition, sales, and business development.
- Fluent in English and Turkish (written and spoken) is a MUST.
- Strong communication and conflict-resolution skills.
- Proficiency in CRM systems; experience with accounting and tax software is a plus.
- Highly organized with strong multitasking skills.
- Ability to work independently in fast-paced and evolving environments.
- Self-motivated, resourceful, and results-driven.
- Knowledge of GAAP, financial reporting, and tax regulations is a plus.
- Some accounting and finance experience in a CPA/Auditing firm is highly preferred.
- Interest or knowledge in streamlining accounting and reporting functions.
- Willingness to travel as required for business development.
