About the role
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Senior IT Administrator to oversee and maintain our IT infrastructure. This role is suited for a technically strong professional who thrives on cross-functional collaboration and is comfortable working closely with multiple stakeholders across the business. The ideal candidate will be a team player who brings a service-oriented mindset and is ready to support both day-to-day operations and long-term system reliability.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Systems & Infrastructure: Maintain and support internal tooling, servers, cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP) and core services (AD, DNS, DHCP, VPN).
- Network & Security: Administer network infrastructure and enforce security controls, patching, and compliance protocols.
- Operations & Support: Provide Tier 3 support, collaborate with technical teams and ensure smooth daily operations.
- Documentation & Standards: Create and maintain clear technical documentation; apply IT best practices for configuration, access control, and disaster recovery.
- Cross-Team Collaboration: Partner with stakeholders to understand requirements, deliver user-friendly solutions, and promote a service-oriented culture.
Requirements:
- 4+ years of experience in IT system administration and infrastructure support.
- Working experience on cloud platforms
- Automation skills
- Familiarity with version control systems like Git.
- Knowledge of hosting environments and server management.
- Exposure to Agile or Scrum methodologies.
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
