Lead Maintenance Technician

Position Summary
The Lead Maintenance Technician leads and performs day-to-day operations of the hospital’s maintenance activities including preventative maintenance, coordinating office moves, maintaining equipment, and leading minor construction and renovation projects. This role serves as key support to the Manager of Maintenance and Grounds and provides guidance and direction to maintenance staff to ensure a safe, efficient, and fully operational facility.
Minimum Qualifications
- Five years of preventative maintenance, construction, or related experience required.
- Previous experience in a hospital or other healthcare facility preferred.
- Previous experience as a Maintenance Tech II with Med Center Health strongly desired.
