About the role
The Court Operations Manager is responsible for executing and refining the Court program's production lines, ensuring efficient case flow, workload balancing, and performance tracking. This role translates strategy into execution, overseeing daily operations, optimizing workflows, and ensuring the team meets capacity and performance targets.
Schedule: Monday to Friday 9:00 am to 5:00 pm EST
Payrate: 125.000$ Annually.
What you"ll do
Essential Job Functions & Responsibilities
1. Oversee the daily operations of the Court program, ensuring cases move efficiently through production lines.
2. Monitor case flow to ensure deadlines are met and that cases are being handled in accordance with internal policies, legal regulations, and industry standards.
3. Manage workload distribution, adjust capacity based on demand, and eliminate bottlenecks.
4. Monitor the status of pending cases and follow-up with appropriate departments as necessary.
5. Oversee the scheduling of court hearings and appointments, ensuring availability for all parties.
6. Ensure team members are liaising with court personnel and government agencies to obtain necessary information or resolve scheduling conflicts.
7. Prepare regular reports on case statuses, upcoming deadlines and any potential issues to senior leadership.
8. Accountable for overseeing the court program in the firm and implementing effective operational strategies that align with the company's long-term goals.
9. Responsible for supporting hiring, training, onboarding, and support for all team members to ensure high performance.
10. Collaborate with leadership to forecast staffing needs and support hiring decisions.
11. Responsible for ensuring the team is provided appropriate training, guidance and support to ensure high performance.
12. Facilitate team meetings and 1:1's with team members to review questions and share any process updates.
13. Accountable for facilitating skip-level meetings with indirect reports to support with developing and improving processes
14. Track throughput, efficiency, and quality metrics to maintain operational performance
15. Analyze real-time data and operational trends to drive process enhancements
16. Identify waste and inefficiencies, implementing solutions to improve case throughput
17. Maintain workflow documentation and standard procedures to support scalability
18. Work with direct leadership to ensure the team is tracking departmental KPIs and performance goals.
Qualifications
1. Bachelor's degree in business, operations, or related field preferred
2. 4+ years of related experience may substitute a degree
3. Previous experience managing high-volume, production-based operations
4. Experience in process-driven environments, fulfillment centers, manufacturing or high-volume legal or financial operations
5. Lean manufacturing knowledge and experience implementing structured workflows
6. Proven track record of leading teams, improving efficiency, and solving operational challenges
7. Skilled in data analysis, workload forecasting, and continuous improvement
8. Strong ability to execute Lean processes, managing capacity, and optimizing workflows
9. Strong prioritization skills and the ability to manage or delegate multiple initiatives simultaneously
10. Ability to analyze complex problems and implement effective solutions with minimal supervision
The pay range for this role is:125,000 - 125,000 USD per year(Dublin, OH)
