Director, Outpatient Therapies for Pomona

Oversees the daily operations of outpatient therapies (Physical, Occupational and Speech) on the Pomona campus to include the optimal delivery of quality therapeutic services to all patient/clients. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: budgets, compliance, recruitment, education, program development, marketing. Treats patients in own professional background, as requested. Demonstrates knowledge of growth and development and the ability to access and interpret age-specific data and incorporate into patient care.
Qualifications:
- Must have formal education in a professional rehabilitation specialty; hold the appropriate degree(s), and possess the necessary license/certificate relevant to the discipline in order to practice specialty in the State of California
- Thorough knowledge of The Joint Commission, Title 22 and Medicare guidelines for rehabilitation
- Experience: Minimum of two (2) years of experience in a rehabilitation field; at least one (1) year of work in a multidisciplinary rehabilitation hospital utilizing a programmatic approach is required; two (2) years with supervisory experience; one (1) year of work experience within Casa Colina or equivalent is required
- American Heart Association (AHA) Basic Life Support (BLS) certiication.
