Job Summary:
Under the direction and supervision of the Director of Business Development, this position will be responsible for marketing Pine Grove’s treatment programs for all service lines as designated by the Director. This position will also conduct clinical and behavioral health intake assessments for all Pine Grove programs (both in person and via telehealth) and makes appropriate referrals to other Pine Grove treatment programs or outside agencies that best meets the needs of the patient. Additionally, this position has responsibility for referral development and marketing Pine Grove’s services within identified areas throughout the state and nationally as designated by the Director. Maintains an orderly workspace. Provides and coordinates community outreach education services throughout the designated service area. This community education is provided for a variety of audiences regarding Pine Grove’s treatment programs and services. This position also represents Pine Grove at professional events. Works effectively with colleagues within Pine Grove’s Marketing Department and throughout the organization. Responsible for daily and monthly reports. Participates in monthly Business Development Department meetings and all other meetings as assigned. Demonstrates the knowledge and skills necessary to provide care appropriate to the age of the patients served; possesses the ability to assess data reflective of the patient's status and interprets the appropriate information needed to identify each patient's requirements relative to their specific needs. Provides the care needed or make referrals for appropriate treatment as described in the department's policies and procedures. Accesses and uses an electronic medical record for patient documentation, and uses Salesforce effectively to document marketing and referral development work. Demonstrates the knowledge and skills to appropriately communicate and interact with outside agencies as well as with medical and nursing staff, patients, families, and visitors. Is sensitive to all customers of Pine Grove’s cultural and religious beliefs. The position requires varying workdays, hours, and travel as assigned. Performs all other job duties as assigned by the Director.

Qualifications:
Education/Skills:
A Bachelor’s degree in a behavioral health field is required. A Master’s degree in a behavioral health field is required. Computer skills, effective telephone and interpersonal communication skills, public speaking, and excellent customer service skills are required. Will require participation in all educational trainings as assigned by the hospital.
Work Experience:
At least five years of experience in a related field is required.
Certification/Licensure:
Current licensure is required, (LPC, P-LPC, LMFT, LMFT-A, LMSW, LCSW); and the applicant must be able to maintain their licensure.
Mental Demands:
Ability to handle high stress situations and offer solutions. Must continuously write, type, listen, and communicate professionally. Requires regular travel to off-site facilities such as schools, community and mental health centers, hospitals, and other organizations. Both in state and out of state travel is required.
