Title: Director of Business Development and Sales
Location: Omaha, Miami or New York.

We are seeking a Head of Business Development and Sales to lead our Sales function.
Key responsibilities:
- Leading all sales, business development, and marketing processes.
- Preparing marketing and business development goals for the sales and marketing department.
- Attracting and signing clients, projects, and contracts.
- Maintaining strong client relationships over an extended time to ensure continuous business.
- Leading all marketing and business development meetings and initiatives. Preparing agendas and dashboards in advance of all meetings.
- Interfacing with the SVP of Operations regarding chosen client accounts, proposal preparation and approval and managing Project Managers on chosen projects and with chosen clients.
- Participating in and preparing training materials and manuals for the sales and business development team.
- Conducting training and coaching sessions with all members of the sales and marketing department to ensure the optimum performance of all team members.
- Hire, discipline, and terminate members of the sales and marketing team that directly report to the SVP of Sales and Business Development according to the policies and procedures of the Company.
What we are looking for:
- In possession of a Master’s Degree in Engineering and Construction-related fields.
- Any additional Sales and Marketing post-graduate education and trainings are considered a plus.
- Previous MEP project experience is preferred due to the nature of the industry.
- Previous experience with AutoCAD, Revit, and any other architectural software is a plus.
- Exceptional communication and organization skills, including the ability to prioritize tasks and multitask.
- Ability to work independently and efficiently upon receiving necessary direction and information.
- Thrive in fast-paced environments with a desire to work efficiently.
