Carolinas Staffing Solutions is looking for an Experienced Building Maintenance with HVAC knowledge in Calabash, NC!!!
Responsibilities:
- Performs a variety of cleaning/maintenance duties as assigned including but not limited to sweeping, mopping, shampooing, polishing, trash disposal, replacing light bulbs and window cleaning.
- Performs routine inspections as assigned, including inspection of air conditioning equipment, furnace systems, plumbing fixtures, electrical fixtures, regular wear and tear, windows, doors, locks, and smoke detectors.
- Removes trash from premises and assists in emergency cleaning.
- Carpentry work where needed
- Ensures all safety precautions are followed while performing work.
- Maintains assigned equipment in good working condition.
- Other tasks and projects as assigned by management.
Qualifications:
- Must be able to pass a North Carolina background check and drug test.
- Ability to lift up to 50lbs.
- Able to work independently.
- Adaptable to work environment.
- Must have basic HVAC knowledge
- 3 to 5 years of experience needed.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills
Pay: $16 to $21 per hour based on experience
Hours: Up to 40 hours a week, Monday through Friday
