Job Title: Front Counter & Drink Prep Associate
Location: Holden Beach, NC
Pay: $8.00/hour + Tips (tips begin after training is completed)
Schedule: 4–5 days per week, schedule may vary weekly
Job Description:
We are looking for a reliable and energetic team member to join our crew at our beachside location in Holden Beach! The role includes taking customer orders at the front counter and preparing drinks in the kitchen.
Responsibilities:
Greet customers and take food/drink orders at the counter
Prepare and serve beverages according to company standards
Maintain cleanliness of the counter and prep areas
Follow health and safety guidelines
Assist with restocking and basic kitchen tasks as needed
Deliver excellent customer service with a friendly attitude
Requirements:
Must be a fast learner and able to adapt to a changing schedule
Able to work 4–5 days per week, flexible availability preferred
Must complete 1–2 weeks of paid training (tips begin after training)
Great communication skills and a positive, team-oriented mindset
