Answering patients inquiries related to bills or communication they have received
from their visit. Work closely with our 3rd parties to ensure proper handling
of outsourced accounts.
Minimum 1 year of billing experience, preferably in a hospital setting.
• High school graduate or equivalent.
• Possess computer system knowledge.
• Knowledge of healthcare patient accounting and healthcare insurance coverage.
• Previous customer service experience preferably in a hospital or medical setting.
• Confidential and good communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Proper use of standard office equipment.
