Responsibilities
- Serve as a go-to person for day-to-day employee inquiries regarding HR policies, tools, and procedures
- Manage and maintain employee lifecycle processes including onboarding, offboarding, contract updates, and documentation
- Administer and update HR systems to ensure data accuracy and legal compliance
- Track and manage benefits administration, time-off processes, and compliance
- Prepare and support visa and work permit processes, notary approvals, and required documentation
- Supervise and guide the daily work of the People & Culture and Talent Acquisition team members, helping with questions and inquiries
- Act as a bridge between the team and upper management, effectively communicating priorities, challenges, and reports
- Monitor task execution and ensure timely, high-quality delivery of People & Culture operations
- Provide coaching, feedback, and development support to junior team members
- Review, update, and enforce internal HR procedures and documentation standards
- Prepare and deliver regular HR & TA reports on key KPIs
- Lead HR internal audit preparation and documentation; ensure accuracy and readiness for external audits
- Track compliance with local regulations, company policies, and internal process standards
- Identify process risks or inefficiencies and recommend improvement actions
- Support the design and execution of the company-wide Learning & Development framework
- Coordinate onboarding training plans and ongoing development for both technical and soft skills
- Contribute to the development and maintenance of the organizational structure
- Assist with role mapping, job description updates, and reporting line changes
- Support workforce planning efforts alongside leadership
- Support the execution of performance review cycles, employee engagement surveys, and follow-up initiatives
- Other responsibilities within the scope of the position may be required from time to time
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 7+ years of experience in a People & Culture, Human Resources, People Ops, or related role.
- At least 2 years in a supervisory or leadership role.
- Experience in Public Accounting, Audit, or other Consultancy firms is mandatory.
- An understanding of US Labor Law or US-based related experience is a huge plus.
- Excellent Business English skills. All interviews will be held in English.
- Proficiency with HRIS and ATS systems, Microsoft Office, and other relevant technology platforms.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to handle sensitive situations with discretion.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to make data-based decisions — you’re comfortable interpreting HR metrics, identifying trends, and driving improvements.
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- A passion for creating a positive workplace environment and fostering employee engagement.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Strong problem-solving skills and willingness to take initiative in a dynamic environment.
- Interest in ongoing learning and development, especially in areas related to HR trends and employee engagement strategies.
- Ability to work from a home office. Some travel may be required from time to time.
- Work hours will be based on US TIME ZONES (EST) with some flexibility.
