JOB SUMMARY
- Responsible for planning and administering diagnostic and/or therapeutic respiratory care of patients.
QUALIFICATIONS
Education
- Graduate of an accredited AMA School of Respiratory Therapy.
Training and Experience
- Previous acute care or sub-acute care experience in Respiratory Therapy is required.
- BLS provider
- RRT with RPFT required
- Licensed in Ohio and West Virginia
- 5+ years’ experience in pulmonary function testing and diagnostics
- Experience performing/assisting with cardiopulmonary stress or exercise stress testing
- Knowledge of federal and state compensation
- Able to become NIOSH certified within 6 months of hire
- Ability to work closely with Project and Patient Care Coordinators
- Ability to work closely with clinic physicians
- Travel to some outreach activities and conferences may be required
