LOCATION Park City, Utah, TRAVEL 25% (10-15 weeks per year)
END DATE: March 1, 2026
SALARY $24/hr-$27/hr
SUMMARY / OBJECTIVE
The Fixed-term Contract Employee, Revenue Events & Hospitality works to service U.S. Ski & Snowboard commercial partners and philanthropic donors at the highest level. This role will successfully take event programs from concept to evaluation while curating unparalleled experiences for commercial partners, donors and other U.S. Ski & Snowboard stakeholders.
FIXED-TERM CONTRACT EMPLOYEE DUTIES
- Assist in developing the strategy and overseeing the execution of signature events including the New York Gold Medal Gala, Champions Club during the 2026 Milan Cortina Olympics, Team Fundraisers, Board of Trustee Meetings, World Cup hospitality/activation, and regional receptions
- Responsible for venue selection, hotel contracting, design, F&B, A/V, entertainment, program, décor, transportation, credentials, gifting, event-related communications, and various other elements to maximize the value and quality of events
- Interacts effectively with cross-functional departments including Marketing, Communications, and Creative on promotional strategy, event content, creative requests and branding elements
- Tracks and manages event-related data in Classy and NPSP/SalesForce
- Strong communication to effectively engage with major donors, partners and stakeholders, present ideas clearly, and foster collaboration
- Travel to the Milan Cortina Olympics from February 1 - 25, 2026 based in Italy.
- Manages expense budgets across these events and programs of $2 million+

COMPETENCIES & EXPERIENCE
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience required
- 3-5 years of experience in events/hospitality management
- Foundation and Partnership/Sponsorship experience preferred
- On-site Olympic Games experience a plus
- Attention to detail, strong organization skills and ability to multitask
- Willing to learn new skills quickly and put them into action
