We are looking for an efficient Senior Human Resources (HRIS) Analyst to undertake a variety of HR administrative duties. You will facilitate daily HR functions like keeping track of employees records and supporting the interview process.
The ideal candidate will have a broad knowledge of Human Resources as well as general administrative responsibilities. He/She will be able to work autonomously and efficiently to ensure the end-to-end running of HR projects and operations. To succeed in this role, you should be familiar using HR software and tools.
Ultimately, you should be able to contribute to the attainment of specific goals and results of the HR department and the organisation.
Responsibilities:
- System Configuration & Integration: Configure, integrate, and test HRIS modules; manage upgrades and new implementations.
- Workflow & Policy Management: Build and maintain complex workflows, approval processes, and HR policies within the system.
- Data Accuracy & Compliance: Maintain and audit employee records; ensure data accuracy, security, and compliance with policies and regulations.
- Process Optimization: Identify and implement system automations and integrations to improve HR operations and efficiency.
- Reporting & Analytics: Develop and present HR reports, dashboards, and KPIs to support data-driven decision-making.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with HR, Finance, IT, Legal, and Compliance teams to align system functionality with business needs.
- System Support & Training: Provide technical support and training to users; create user guides and documentation.
- Lifecycle & Program Support: Support the full employee lifecycle and administer HR programs like benefits, compensation, and performance management.
- Vendor & Change Management: Coordinate with vendors on system upgrades and lead change management initiatives to drive adoption.
- Strategic Planning & Leadership: Advise HR leadership on HRIS strategy and roadmap; mentor junior team members on best practices.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, HR Management, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of HR experience in a dynamic, preferably North American, organization.
- Strong skills in data analysis, HRIS process improvement, and documentation.
- Tech-savvy with high attention to detail.
- Proficient in HRM tools (e.g., Rippling, BambooHR, KekaHR, Asana, ADP, GSuite); advanced Google Sheets skills preferred.
- Experience with process documentation, release testing, and audits.
- Up-to-date with HR tech trends and best practices.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills; ability to train and support teams.
