JOB SPECIFICATIONS

Education and/or experience: Certified Medical Assistant or Licensed Practical Nurse with the State of Tennessee is required. CPR and AED Certification required. Breath Alcohol Technician, Certified Urine Drug Screen Collector preferred. Minimum one year in clinical setting required or three years experience in an occupational health clinic preferred.
Knowledge: Basic clinical knowledge, phlebotomy and computer / software required.
Skills: Excellent communication skills; must be organized, responsible, motivated and selfdirected. Basic skills such as venipuncture, EKG’s and medication administration.
Abilities: Must be able to multi-task, have outstanding customer services skills and the ability to problem solve. Must be able to deal with unpleasant or demanding attitudes in a professional manner.
