Are you passionate about streamlining operations through technology? We’re looking for a document automation specialist to help modernize and automate document-related processes across our organization. In this role, you’ll work cross-functionally to drive efficiency, ensure compliance, and support scalable document workflows across key business units.
WHAT YOU’LL DO:
- Integrate Systems: Connect automation tools with core platforms to streamline document flow and data exchange.
- Automate Workflows: Design and maintain automated processes for generating, reviewing, approving, and distributing critical documents.
- Develop Templates: Build and maintain standardized, customizable templates for policies, contracts, claims forms, and more.
- Extract and Validate Data: Use tools and scripts to extract data from various sources and ensure its accuracy before document integration.
- Ensure Compliance: Maintain alignment with regulatory requirements, data security standards, and company policies.
- Monitor Quality: Perform routine quality checks and audits to verify document accuracy and consistency.
- Support and Train: Assist internal teams—including Product, Customer Experience, and Underwriting—with tools and training.
- Drive Improvement: Identify areas for automation and recommend strategies for reducing manual work and enhancing output.
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR:
- Education: High school diploma or GED required.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Word and advanced Excel functions.
- Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy and consistency in document management.
- Collaboration: Strong team player with the ability to work cross-functionally.
- Analytical Mindset: Able to troubleshoot issues and suggest process improvements.
- Organization: Excellent time management and documentation skills.
- Experience: Prior experience supporting automation or administrative projects preferred.
