Citizens Memorial Hospital (CMH) is hiring a Registered Dietitian for our Nutritional Services Department within our long-term care facilities. CMH is made up of 34 primary and specialty clinics, 6 long-term care facilities, and 1 residential care facility. Offering acute care, emergency services, ambulatory care, pharmacies, walk-in clinics, surgeries, addiction recovery, therapies and more, CMH has its community covered!

Nutritional Services looks for new and innovative ways to serve our patients and residents with the most nutritious and enjoyable food and meal options to meet their dietary needs.
A typical day includes: Developing diet plans, making modifications, following physicians’ written orders, and documenting plan progress.
- Assess nutritional needs of patients, residents, and others
- Create individualized nutrition care plans based on assessments and collaborations with other healthcare professionals
- Evaluate pain management and related side effects that affect nutritional intake
- Provide diet and food safety instructions to patients, residents and others
Job Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Dietetics is required
- Skills: Food planning and preparation
- Licensure/Certification: American Dietetic Association Registration
- Experience: Prior experience in nutrition or food services strongly preferred
- Physical: Lifting, carrying, pushing, and/or pulling; some stooping, kneeling; significant amount of standing and walking
