Hours: Monday - Friday 8:00 am - 5:00 pm with occasional on-call rotation during the week and on weekends as needed.
💼 What You'll Be Doing:
You won't be just another cog in the machine – this role is mission-critical to the success of our Residential Sales Team. From supporting our sales team and leaders to keeping the wheels turning behind the scenes, you'll be making a real difference every day by:
- Scheduling sales calls and managing our sales calendar like a pro
- Tracking leads and reporting results using Bid Logs & Service Titan
- Following up on unscheduled or cancelled appointments to maximize opportunity
- Assisting in our call center queue and supporting our on-call rotation (including holidays and weekends – we're all in!)
- Coordinating quality assurance efforts and customer service across teams
- Jumping in wherever needed to ensure smooth operations and stellar customer experiences
🎯 Who We're Looking For:
You're a multitasking rockstar who thrives under pressure, loves supporting a team, and brings contagious positivity to every task. You'll need:
- At least 1 year of customer service and office administration experience
- Strong computer skills (MS Word, Excel, and dispatch systems)
- Top-notch communication skills, both written and verbal
- A passion for teamwork and delivering Comfort & Peace of Mind to those around you
- The ability to juggle tasks and adapt quickly in a dynamic environment
